We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.

Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

Due to COVID-19, shipping may take a little longer than before. We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: Normally 2-3 Business Days
• Standard Shipping Time: Normally 8 -14 Days
• Express Shipping: Normally 4 - 7 Days
• Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
